Liebherr expressly points out that the Foundation Equipment Planner is only a planning tool, which is intended to assist you with the calculation of the ground pressure, center of gravity, and utilization theoretically emanating from a Liebherr machine and/or with the theoretical planning of a machine and/or operation.

All values calculated with the Foundation Equipment Planner are only theoretically calculated and idealized and can considerably deviate from actual values arising in practice. When using the machine, the specifications and data given in the machine’s application documentation take effect. Therefore, the results calculated with the Foundation Equipment Planner may only be used during the planning phase and not for the operation of the machine.

The following information should be taken into account when planning the various modes:

Kelly drilling
  • The ground must be level, horizontal, and sufficiently stable.

  • The load capacities apply only to the listed configuration of the undamaged and unmodified machine.

  • The values listed are only permissible at slewing gear level 1.

  • The load on the auxiliary winch is only permitted when the tool is completely empty.

  • Results are not applicable to the machine's operation.

  • The actual calculation results may vary depending on the equipment installed and generally applicable tolerances.

Continuous flight auger drilling, full displacement drilling and double rotary drilling

  • The tool must only be extracted with a supported leader; make sure that the subsoil has sufficient capacity!

  • The tool used must not exceed the specified tool length and the specified weight, respectively.

  • Results are not applicable to the machine's operation.

  • The actual calculation results may vary depending on the equipment installed and generally applicable tolerances.
